Doug Dunne - President
Prior to starting TV Sales Direct in 2003, Doug had a successful career in software sales and represented some of the world’s leading technology companies. Doug’s area of expertise was improvement of the "product lifecycle" and he sold solutions to help companies improve design, manufacturing and data management.
With a focus on companies that design and make products - Discrete Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense and Consumer Products - Doug supported some of the most successful product development companies in the world. His experience is well suited to working within a complex organization such as QVC while focusing on your business there.
Beyond Doug’s success in matching solutions to those large customers, was his commitment to stay and manage the account for implementation and success. There are two kinds of reps in the world – those that sell a deal and move on; and those that commit to represent you well, from beginning to end.
TVSD began because Doug wanted to create a business environment where communication is straightforward, commitments are honored and he could work with clients and QVC with an unfettered approach based on integrity and diligent effort.
Doug spent years honing strategic sales, execution and account management skills in complex environments where the answers require navigation & insight. That experience carried forward to TVSD and continues to grow today.
Doug lives and works minutes from QVC in West Chester PA. He lives with his wife, two children and their dog, Duke. He’s a graduate of James Madison University.
Donna Girone - Operations
Donna has over 25 years of experience in the technology and advertising/marketing industries.
With a focus in finance, sales and management Donna has a skill set well suited to supporting TVSD clients at QVC. She’s supported chief executives at the most successful technology companies in the world; managed advertising & marketing campaigns and operations for an agency whose clients were some of the largest retail venues in the country; and been on the ground-floor to help launch start-up companies.
Donna's experience in working with Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs is tremendously valuable to our customers working with QVC.
